RISE Festival Weekend
Performances, workshops, talks, parties and more
Fri 29 - Sun 31 May | Various venues, The Park Ecovillage, Findhorn
Nested in our two week RISE programme, a three day celebration of global Indigenous dance and performance at The Park Ecovillage, Findhorn, on the stunning Moray coast.
At the heart of RISE 2026 is RISE Festival Weekend, which has been designed and curated to create a vibrant, immersive experience that blends creativity, community and celebration across multiple spaces.
Throughout the weekend, the programme brings together a diverse mix of activities, allowing visitors to explore everything from live performances and exhibitions to interactive workshops and social gatherings.
Rather than focusing on a single type of event, RISE offers a dynamic schedule that encourages people to move between venues and discover new experiences at their own pace.
Across the weekend, attendees can take part in movement-based workshops and skill-sharing sessions, offering opportunities to learn new techniques, engage with RISE artists, and connect with others in a meaningful, supportive way.
Alongside this, live music and informal gatherings provide an energetic backdrop, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere that runs throughout the festival.

The programme is designed to bring people together, encouraging conversation, collaboration and shared experiences.
Many activities are interactive, inviting participation rather than passive observation, which helps create a more inclusive and engaging environment.
The weekend also celebrates local culture and creativity, highlighting the work of artists and performers while making use of the natural landscape of The Park Ecovillage, Findhorn.
This gives the festival a strong sense of place, linking the programme to the local community and its history.
Whether visitors are looking to relax, learn something new, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, the RISE Festival Weekend provides something for everyone, making it a unique and memorable cultural experience.
